Erin started in the spa industry over 20 years ago. From receptionist, to Aesthetician, to Laser Technician, to International Spa Director, she has experienced and analyzed it all. Most recently settling back in Toronto from a tenure overseas with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Erin was responsible for leading the development and opening of the luxury brand’s first urban wellness facility, Asaya, at their flagship location in Hong Kong, as well as spearheading several openings and spa recovery projects in Asia. Now as a Spa Financial Specialist and Operations expert, Erin has successfully launched The Spa Business Coach INC, a coaching and consulting business. With proven methods of Financial and Operational systems, Erin has been working with Spa Owners & Operators to coach them to discover their business potential and transformed their passions into profitability.
