Hosted by Wheelhouse Cycle Club, this high intensity free spin class will take place outdoors for conference attendees only – in front of The Fort Garry Hotel – along Broadway Avenue! Shoes and bikes will be provided

Welcome Reception at Thermea Spa
Thermea Spa’s latest gem is in Winnipeg, and our Sunday Evening Welcome Reception will be held at their breathtaking outdoor spa. The fees for transportation, and appetizers are included in your conference registration fee.
Gala Dinner, Awards by Spa Inc, Canadian Spa Star Award, and Entertainment by Winnipeg's own Curtis Newton
This is the night to celebrate the best in Canada with the presentation of The Canadian Spa & Wellness Awards winners, by Spa Inc. We will also present the first annual Canada Spa Star Awards. The gala evening will also feature Winnipeg’s own hilarious Curtis Newton. The cost of this event is included in your registration fee.
Yoga and Nature Walks
What wellness conference would be complete without calming yoga, and rejuvenating nature walks to help you reconnect with the Spirit of Wellness. Join us on morning yoga and meditations to start your conference days off right, and then end the day with guided 5k walks at The Forks.
