The process to receive the Quality Assurance was straightforward, and incredibly thorough. It would be of benefit for every spa to go through the process to become Quality Assurance Approved: doing so really makes you reevaluate your spa operations from every angle and ensures that you are functioning at the highest levels of guest care, sanitation, and ethical practices. We took the opportunity to reevaluate and revamp our service protocols and procedures, which provided an overall benefit to both guests and spa team members.
