Second place went to Vancouver Island's Grotto Spa, at the Tigh-Na-Mara Spa Resort in Parksville. The Grotto Spa offers signature treatments and services with a focus on West Coast natural ingredients.

Rounding out the top three is Vancouver's Miraj Hammam Spa, where you can indulge in an authentic Middle Eastern hammam, or Turkish bath.
