Contest Terms:

The Early Bird draw will be held on June 15, 2012 at 12 noon, Eastern.
The Final draw will be held on December 1, 2012 at 12 noon, Eastern.
The Early Bird winner's name will be re-entered into the draw for the Final draw.
One entry per person.
Winner will be contacted by a representative of the Spa Industry Association of Canada via email &/or by telephone number provided in the survey entry.
The winner will receive a Gift Certificate for the amount of the draw and information regarding redemption procedures via mail or other delivery arrangement.
Gift Certificate is redeemable at any participating Spa Industry Association of Canada, Leading Spas of Canada member.
SIAC will announce winners via web Contest page, media, social media, &/or any other communication methods deemed appropriate following privacy policies.
