The treatment begins in Vida Spa’s plush relaxation lounge where you’ll sip a refreshing coconut water beverage, which naturally delivers electrolytes, calcium, potassium, and magnesium while simultaneously transporting you into tropical summertime bliss. “Coconut water is an isotonic beverage, and one of the most effective ways to naturally rehydrate and keep your body cool in summertime heat,” said Allison Hegedus, president of Vida Spa.
Next, you’ll enjoy a fragrant 30-minute coconut oil massage that rapidly nourishes and hydrates, infusing vitamins and nutrients into the skin. Sore muscles will also find relief from coconut oil, which is readily absorbed by the skin due to the small molecules of the oil.
