Special insurance rates for LSC members now available
Securing and retaining excellent staff is one of the biggest challenges in the spa industry. Offering employee benefits can help reward staff by providing them more than just a paycheck, while creating a more stable and positive work environment. Created especially for LSC members, HED Insurance is now offering a benefits plan in which even a small spa with as few as five employees can participate. Even if you already have a benefits plan in place, HED Insurance may be able to provide a cost-savings to your business.
Deb Thorn of Temple Gardens Minerals Springs Hotel and Spa switched to HED and reports a significant 12% savings over their previous provider “without impacting the level of service or the level of benefit to our employees,” Deb explains. “Customization has been key, as the new HED plan allows you to select the benefits we want to offer, while continuing with an enhanced plan for our management”, she notes.
“And it’s easy for the staff” continues Deb. “Our employees are enjoying the ease of using their new HED card for direct payment to their dentist, pharmacy, etc. “
So, whether you’re a large spa or small, get more information on HED’s expanded offer under Resources on the LSC industry web site or contact Neil Friesen at nfriesen@hedinc.com.
