Kitsilano area of Vancouver. Embracing the European
origins of the wellness concept, SpaEthos has created an

SpaEthos wellness philosophy includes customized programs
designed to address your wellness needs. Wellness Programs
such as Body Alive Yoga Therapy (one on one), Body
Balancing (stress management counselling & energy
balancing), and Nutritional Balancing, focus on a holistic
approach to health and well-being. SpaEthos offers
European Kurs which are designed to restore equilibrium
and balance over a traditional 6 to 8 week period. These
individualized programs were created to achieve optimum
