The gracious spirit and energy at Willow Stream, the Spa at The Fairmont Empress welcomes guests with an invitation to experience the healing mineral waters prior to any spa service.

As with all Willow Stream spas, the approach to all its treatments is founded on the belief that within us all there is a seed of energy which, when nurtured and nourished in a positive environment that reflects the characteristics of the natural elements, earth, air, fire, water and wood, will grow into a personal energy surplus to foster prosperity in spirit, body and mind.
